Helping Pets - Signs of an Animal Hoarder
Every so often we see on the news where the police have responded to a residence with an unusual high number of pets. The pets haven't received proper care including nutrition and sanitation. They suffer from overcrowding, malnutrition and unsanitary conditions. It's so bad in some cases those pets have to be euthanized. This is what's known as an animal hoarder.
