Is Noise Relief For Apartments, Townhomes and Condos Really Possible?
Life in an apartment building, or any multi-family dwelling, can be made more difficult if the building is not properly insulated against noise transmission. One of the most frequent complaints which apartment and condo dwellers lodge against their neighbors, in fact, is that they are too noisy. But the reality of condominium and apartment building construction is that the structures themselves, unless properly soundproofed, will transmit sound vibrations among the different units.
