Management Accounts and Job Costing Systems - How Much Detail Do You Need?

Having an integrated job costing system, where all kinds of analysis regarding revenue and cost centres, income streams etc. can easily be extracted from the project management module, raises the question of how much of this information needs to be accessible in the format of the management account reports.
