Why We Fail to Keep Our Resolutions, and What We Can Do About It
We are all familiar with resolutions. The promises we make to ourselves that this year is going to be different. We are finally going to make the changes that will make a positive difference in our lives. Start a new diet, get a new job, start working out etc. The challenge with keeping a resolution is that there is a lot of social pressure for you to fail. Only five percent of the population can a make a positive change in there lives through will power alone.
