Rest Your Way to Peak Performance
In a fast paced society filled with stress it's time to make time for you! I want you to learn to rest. Now, when I say rest, I mean time away from business, chores, jobs, errands etc. Rest is now your time to recover, restore and rejuvenate. Your ultimate rest time is at night when you are sleeping. If you are not sleeping well then you are robbing yourself of valuable rest time that is now creating havoc with your mind and body. What I really want to talk to you about is resting during the day. You all get caught up in all that is going on, and/or all that needs to get done and the next thing you know it is time for bed and you feel defeated.
