Today the world is too much advanced and the technology has played a great role in it. Because of the advancement in the technology people are getting more and more busy in doing there task and completing them in the efficient way. In other word it could be said that the people don't have extra time to do other activities and some times they forget to do the essentials which are really important to do even for themselves. If we look at today's world then we will find that person who goes to the office whatever the reason is may be he is an officer, business man or a service man, comes home just to sleep.
