Let us not assume the Antichrist is not nearby, or that he is taking a Siesta, his job is to infiltrate to the point of completing his control. This is called the second half of the 70-weeks, the book of Daniel, describes in the bible (Dan. Chapter 9). This so called infiltration would not have been possible, had he not been allowed to enter Palestine. But God uses Jacob for his own purpose, which is the deliverance of Israel.
