How to Stay Refreshed and Energized at Work

At this time of the year, a lot of people are really starting to feel the strain from the past months, knowing that the most busy time is yet to come. With the pre festive celebrations under way, many often burn the candle at both ends, depleting their body of its last reserves - running on empty, yet hyped with adrenalin to push through to the next day.
