My Computer is Slow 2

I spoke about the clean-up and fragmentation of the computer, now I will tell you about the physical memory. Picture yourself driving on a superhighway at 3:00 am. Four lanes each way, few other cars on the road, smooth road. Beautiful driving conditions. You reach your destination quickly. That would be different at rush hour like 5:00 pm.
