Partnership Law - The Death of the Two Person Business Venture
One opinion that I currently hold is that two person partnerships with 50-50 ownership are generally doomed from the inception. Greed and fear are the culprits that break these partnerships and all of the goodwill that surrounded their founding. The typical scenario involves two motivated risk takers that either have specialized talent or a good idea that can generate business and profits.
